Refund and Returns Policy

At SvarnaYog, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we follow a strict no replacement or exchange policy under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.

Important Guidelines:

• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products.
• No return requests will be entertained after 48 hours of product delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
